Please be aware that although every effort has been made to try to acurately reproduce colours, your monitor, or your own computer may not be able to exactly reproduce the range of colours that we are attempting to show. This is because every computer monitor can be set to different levels of colour, brightness and contrast.
There may be a short delay in loading the Shade Cards. This is because the Shade Card images are quite big, even though we have tried to compress them to speed up the operation. Please be patient, they will appear before too long.
If you are running software to inhibit pop-up windows, you will need to turn this off temporarily in order to see the shade cards and the enlarged pattern images.
When ordering yarn, please order enough to complete your garment or item that you are knitting. This is because we cannot guarantee that future orders will come from the same dye batch. This could mean that there is some colour variation between orders.
When ordering knitting accessories or haberdashery items we may substitute the advertised brand with one of equal or better quality.
