Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit/debit card information via phone, fax or snail mail however, the information that you supply on-line is securely encrypted to the satisfaction of our Merchant Services Provider.
Shipping And Handling
UK orders are sent by first class post.
All other destinations are sent using the relevant Small Packet Airmail service (European - both EU and non-EU, World Zone 1 - including USA and Canada, World Zone 2 - Australia, China etc.)
Parcels weighing more than 2kg will be split into two or more paracels. EU customers should check the VAT payable box on the order form.
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days (21 days for World Zone 2) please contact us.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally ship your order to you within 3 business days. However, in the event of an order requiring a quantity of one dye batch number which we do not have in stock, this quantity will be immediately ordered to prevent differences spoiling your garment.
International orders are generally received within a week of dispatch, although times do vary depending upon destination.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We are not aware of any documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction and will replace any item which is faulty.
